Bio Diesel Vs. WVO

What is the difference between running on straight filtered waste veggie oil and bio diesel made in a transesterfication process? My guess is WVO gels easier because it has not had the glycerin separated. There is obviously less work involved in preparing WVO. Are there any performance differences?
Also what does IP stand for?

Convert the oil or convert the truck. That is the basic answer to the difference between running WVO or running Bio.

Neither has a loss of significant performance. I can't tell my truck still revs through the gears when I get on it.

IP stands for Injector Pump, something the Ford Powerstroke Diesel PSD does not have.
