The interior trim consists of two long pieces that run from the top of the "B" posts down the length of the "bedrails". They are plastic. Three metal pieces stretch across the seam between the metal roof section and the fiberglass top. At the rear there are two plastic pieces that cover the rear corners and run up to the headliner. The driver's side piece hides the connector to the rear dome light and high-mount stop light on 92+ models. All of the plastic pieces are held in place with nylon trim plugs. The side pieces have color-matched plugs and the rear corner pieces have white nylon plugs that are hidden. The metal sections utilize several black or chrome trim screws to hold them up.
If you have no luck at salvage yards, PM me. I have two or three complete trim sets laying around. If I have the right color, you are welcome to one of them. Personally, I have never bothered to put the trim back simply because the top on mine spends so little time on the truck.
Afraid I can't give you any info on the soft top. I have a modified factory unit that I use that cost me a lot less to fabricate than the $500-600 pricetag that a new soft top carries.
