A couple of pics from the days activities.... lesson 1 on dyno day as myself and (Kris) Strokin 7.3 found out the hard way... If the drive into the dyno room is gravel DO NOT stand behind the trucks while they are on the dyno wheels!! LOL Flying gravel from tire treads can be hazardous to your health!

Below is where the event took place... Dodges outnumbered the Fords by a huge margin but when I left although there were still some trucks lined up to run the dyno the highest numbers of the day at that point were a Dodge @ around 690 hp and the strongest Ford was near 400 hp.....
are there more events schedualed for Spring/Summer 06?
I would really like to meet you guys and share info about our 7.3's
This one was held in South Central Pennsylvania, (Dillsburg, a small area near Carlisle, PA) I think they do a spring and a fall event. I would have to check on the exact dates for the fall day. All and all a good time comparing mods, rigs, ideas, and the pleasant aroma of spent diesel fuel in the air.
I didn't snap a pic of it but there was even a Jeep Liberty CRD. The CRD stands for common rail diesel. A 2.8 liter 160 hp 4 cylinder engine with 295 lb. ft. of torque. It is still available as an option on some 2006 Liberty models. Possibly the wave of the future in the diesel markets for the small and lightweight truck class from what I have read just about all manufacturer's are developing smaller diesels for their vehicles. Ford already has one in the European markets.
