Whats the Difference between code E and X 4.0 engines.

Whats the Difference between code E and X 4.0 engines.
I went to get new plugs today and there are 2 different plugs listed for 97-00 4.0 engines. Is one pushrod and the other OHC?
I have a 99 OHC 4.0 and bought the code E plugs. The only difference between the two plugs is the heat range.
Any ideas?
BTW the only plugs I could find listed were Bosch Platinum.

1) Where are you going for parts to only get Bosch plugs listed?
2) Not sure what the OHC motor code is but the "push rod" 4.0 is definitely a "X" motor.
Heat ratings are just a longer insulator nose for higher ratings. If you are a stock application, just go with Ford's recomendation.

It was at Canadian Tire.
They have;
NGK
NGK iridium,,,,,,,they have these but $18/2 plugs is too pricey
Champion
AC delco
Bosch
Bosch 2
Bosch 4
Motomaster V-groove(canadian tire brand)
Their book only listed #'s for the iridiums and Bosch plugs for some reason
