Need serious Help
My truck has been lossing power and running rough with the SES light coming on. Then it will clear up and run fine. I ran a scan on it and came up with the codes: P1316 IDM Codes detected
P0261 Cyl 1 Injector CKT Low
The other day it started running rough and no power and would not clear up. I read on here similar problem and thought it may be the UVC Wire harness coming loss or a wire break. I pulled the vavle cover off on the passenger side and the Wire Harness looked fine and so did the wires. What should I do now, pull the other side off??? what else should I look for?

I thought about that, but someone told me that it would throw that code with any injector problems. I need any suggestions. Right now I'm gonna take the other side off and look, if can't find anything I'll have to find me a mechanic.

Inspect the uvc harness. Disconnect injector harness, measure the resistance on the tan wire of the engine harness to batt ground. Is the resistance greater than 10k ohms? If yes disconnect IDM and measure again. If no disconnect #1 injector and inspect harness. If no problem with harness replace injector.
