Talking

Hello everyone. Sorry I didn't get by here before now. I'm an over the road driver and only get by here about once a week. Believe it or not, I haul parts in to the KY Truck Plant and parts for the Explorer plant in Louisville.

I live near Louisville. I'm 43 and I own (much to my wife's disgust sometimes) an '84 F-250, 4x4 with a 300 six banger and stump puller 4 speed. I got a good deal on it and the truck is in pretty fair shape. Its only got about 85K on the truck and the motor has about 17K on a rebuild.

She's been after me to do something to meet some new people. So, when I saw this, I thought what better people to meet. Especially since I have something in common with ya'll right from the get go.

'Ol Red (my truck) has a lot of "have to" stuff I need to get done on it before I can start on the "fun" stuff. And as soon as my boy gets his '77 F-150 going and I can pry my truck out of his greasy little meathooks , I'll start on it.

Well, I've rambled enough. If you live near the Louisville area, e-mail me. I'm always looking to meet new folks and to see other trucks to get ideas for mine. Take care and have a good 'un.
