Emissions Recall and Bully Dog Tuner

Recently I brought my 2005 F250 6.0L diesel in for an emissions recall 05E16 (corrects the emissions OBD compliance issue and updates the software in the engine control modules). I am using a Bully Dog - Triple Dog which I set at "stock" prior to bring the truck in for the recall. Since I had the recall work done, I've noticed that the tuner doesn't show as much performance improvement as before when set at "extreme", the highest setting. The dealer mentioned that I might notice slightly improved performance from the recall work (obviously at stock settings). Has anyone else had this recall work done while running the same tuner/configuration?

I just picked my Truck back up Friday from having The Fender Emblems replaced, the rust on the back side of the front bumper taken care of, and the emission recall. Its seems my mpg has gone down. Way down. I did have a tank full of Bio-Diesel. I wiil recheck it next week with fresh fuel on a 250 mile trip. Anyone else had a drop in mpg
since reflash.

Make sure that you have the most recent version in your Triple Dog. The AP1 strategy was handled by Version 2.2.6a. The latest is 2.2.7, they really stay on top of the flashes. Just make sure that your version is up to date.
