i smoked from 14-19, i quit last year. i chewed long cut straight on and off but smoking got me my nici fix faster so i stuck with that. i quit when all my buddys quit and wouldent allow it in their houses anymore, besides ive got a truck payment to make now, and i dont want the new truck to smell like the old one does. not to mention all the stupid self inflicted health risks involved.

Hmmm... All depends.
I've never smoked anything in my life... don't have the urge to at all.
But if I'm driving long distances at night, or working by myself in a slow pace, I throw in a pinch of Skoal mint long cut. Like especially if I'm in the combine at 3 in the morning, or anytime I'm on the tractor really. I bought a can 3 weeks ago and have taken 2 pinches out of it. The can usually expires before I get totally through it. It's just a matter of knowing how to control the urge!
I think he meant dip as in Cope, Skoal, you know, the cut up stuff. Chew would be like Red man, Levi, the leaves! I think thats what he meant at least!

Thanks chad, I wasn't quite sure on that.. like I thought maybe he meant the "neat little sissy pouches" were for dipping and then the cut stuff (long/straight cut/ or red man stuff was for chewing. But you never know what you might learn about stuff that you don't really partake in. (did that make sense? no? okay disregard that statement.)

I started smokin' when I was 17. I'm now 34 and quit for the last time about a year and half ago. I quit several times over the years.....for a period of a few weeks or months but something always brought me back to cigarettes. In June of 2001 I quit for a few months but one night a buddy offered me a cigar. I thought to myself...you're not supposed to inhale so it can't really hurt......LOL, two months later I was back on the cigarettes 'cause the Old Ports were just too damn expensive. I quit for good this time!!!
