Rough start up 02 Explorer

Don't know if it's my starter going out or computer related; but some mornings, it seems that when you initially go to start my 02 Explorer it's a quick rough kick once the starter initially turns over and then you have to restart the inigition key. Sorry I can't explain it any better.

I have a 02 Explorer that does the same thing. I don't know what the deal is either. It doesnt happen all the time just every once in a while. Wonder what the problem is?
