tailgate locks
I have 01 x ,I discoverd the the tailgate isn't locking.I sprayed every thing with wd40 still don't work.I have seen post about the actuators wearing out ,but these seem to be working.I can hear it ingaged when the button are pressed and it is not sluggish.The key lock will not work on the tailgate it dose not seem to rusted,have sprayed with wd ,if anyone has had this problem let me know.

Twice, I've had to get my hand in there and with liberal doses of WD40, manually start working the lock to free it up. Both times it was in such a bind, I didn't think I would get it, but it will free up, keep after it. I suppose you could take it out and do the same thing, but it looks like a real PITA to get it out.
