Is this much TC play normal? (video)

I've been chasing down an off balance torque converter and flex plate for a while. After pulling the transmission to check if the TC was properly centered on the crankshaft adapter ring (it wasn't), I noticed a lot of movement with the converter in the transmission:

Is this much play normal, or is my input bushing shot?

The front seal does not leak. Truck is 99 F350 4x4 DRW with a 7.3 and reman 4R100 w/PTO. Truck has 206K, unknown mileage on the trans.
