Mile Marker Extreme Stainless Hubs

Anyone run into clearance issues and have to reseat the lock washer on the hub to get the required play to install new hubs. The instructions say that there should be wiggle room but with cold grease I'm not sure if I can't feel it or it's not there. I will reseat the washer once my Dana 44 hub socket comes, just curious if anyone else has run into the issue.

The shaft has a play of about 1/8" or so. You need to move it out before finishing installation, else it won't fit. I spent quite a bit of time to figure this out....

Take a crowbar inbehind the wheel inbetween the spindle and u-joint. Apply some pressure to move the shaft out so you can put that little bugger back on there.
