Brought my new workhorse home!!

I posted yesterday that i was looking at a 1990 F250. Went bought it last night and drove her home. It' 4X4 with a 93 351 with 50000 miles on the motor and 163000 on the truck. Has 5 speed manaul reg cab. Came with 8' Western Pro Plow, bedliner, reciever hitch, extra set of alum wheels and tires. The tires aren't the best though, and a tool box. Got it for $1940! Put the plow in the back and drove the 170 mile trip back home. Got 14.4 mpg. It needs a little break work, a radio, battery, and exuast. I can see dual pipes in it's future real soon!!! Can't wait to take it out and work it a little bit. Just thought i would pass this on. Now I can sell my 88 F150.

Holy Sweet. heh I'd die for 14.4mpg in my truck, and it's a 4.9L i-6 2wd (not even 14.4mpg when i had 29" tires on it)

I'm sure i won't be running that kind of milage all the time because there will be a lot more short trips but yea i was pretty impressed. I looked up the axle code and found out i'm running 4:10 limited slip rear in it.
