I haven't heard of one. However, it is not very hard to do. I made a shaker hood for my 1978 IH Scout. I used a TA scoop, but any scoop will work. Get the complete scoop, including the bottom part to hold the air cleaner. After determining the correct placement for the hole, cut a hole in the hood to center the scoop above the carb. I used an aluminum velocity stack ($10 at a swap meet) to join the scoop base to the carb at the correct height for the hood. I built some supports out of 1" aluminum to hold the entire unit. To cover the hole after I removed the snorkle, I wrapped a 3 inch wide strip of stainless around the entire base of the air cleaner.

I looked around and can't find any pictures. Unfortunately, the scoop has been replaced with a 4-71 blower sticking through the hole in the hood. I will look around some more and see if I can find some old pics though.
