Are you looking for a 4wd, or just a dd, and what would your plans be for your project?

The first one looked alittle past resto stage(money wise anyway), and the second one isn't that common, it's a super cab, in great condition, and a F350, if it would be 4wd, I would want it.

77460f150, I wonder how high that guys reserve price is. I know people that would love to get their hands on those NOS parts, I know I could use some of them.
If you would slap on the fenders, and other body panels, and put a good paint job on that thing, I would look great.

Not sure of the reserve price but I was thinking the same thing. Wish I had some extra cash laying around. -Ed

I know the reserve of the first one. That guy is not far from me. This is the second time he has had it listed. The only thing stopping me from getting it is I believe it doesnt have a NP205 T-case.

Wow! The F350 is currently only at $255 with 6 bids and 23 hours left! I'm in California and am REAL tempted to jump in to bid!..Trucks here are expensive. Maybe I could I pull everything off Burt and transplant it on the 79 supercab!....Hmmmmm.... Think it would be worth my while?

You mean it doesn't have a transfer case at all, or it just has a NP203,
I have a newly rebuilt NP205(new bearings and seal) fells perfect, real smooth, If your interested let me know.

That 76 is a complete truck. Dont the 76 F-150's have the dana t-case or something like that? Ive got 77-79's and Im not too familiar with the 73-76's.
Id be all over that F-350 if it was closer to me.

FordTruckKickGM, 76(73-79) F-100s and F-150 used the part time NP205 and the NP203 full time t cases.
The 73 F-250s have a dana 21, and the 66-77 Broncos have a dana 300(i think).

MBBFORD, I will have to disagree on that. I looked at a 74 F-100 or maybe it was a F-150 and it had a dinky t-case (definitely not a 205 or 203) and closed knuckle front axle. Hopefully Million will chime in and clear this up for us. My questions about the F-150's is what was the first year for a disk brake front axle, 205 t-case and when was power steering gear boxes introduced? Maybe that 76 wont sell on ebay again and I can swing a sweet deal with that guy.

For a 4wd truck, 76 was the first year for disk brakes, and 73 was the first year for front disk in 2wds.
I could be wrong about saying only F-250s in 73 had dana 21 t cases, but NP205s WERE used in 74-79 F-100s-350s. The truck you may have seen could of been made in 73 and called a 74(think about it, there are already 2007 model vehicals for sale, and it's not even half way through with 06.
I want to say you could get power steering in 73 also, as a option, or as part of a package, like Ranger or somthing similar.

the f-150 did not come out until 1977 with a 4x4 option.
