This not mine but a Pic I found of another 300 six,, why is my connection to that middle senor wires and not a hose like this one on my 94 300 six?

Also my tube is very rusted bellow the hose clamp, so it this thing a one piece setup from the hose clamp to the threaded end to the Thermostat housing when you buy it and what is it called?

That is the ECT sensor - engine coolant temperature sensor. All of mine have a two or three wire harness going to it. I've never seen one with a hose on it. It must be there to protect the wires. I don't know the name of the part - coolant elbow maybe?

Its a "Ported vacuum Switch"

The picture is a carbed motor, right? Vacuum switch seems like the most logical explanation if it is carbureted. That's the location of the computer temp sensor on EFI 300's.

I had to buy the elbow tube it was a ford part only and cost $57 Canadian after taxes for that little thing.
