how to get more boost?

i have 99 psd i did the kwik filter and 4in down pipe and exhaust and edge evolution i was wondering if there was a way i could get more boost and what the next step is thanks guys

Pull the red line running to the waste gate...... Do a search, it will tell you all you need to know.

what is the build date on your PSD, i.e. do you have an early 99 or later 99? Really doesn't matter which one, just if you have an early you will be spending more money to update to the later if you are doing any major turbo upgrades. How much boost are you currently making? Do you have anything to eliminate the map sensor from seeing anything higher than 22lbs? The PCM will start to defuel the engine if the map sensor sees to high of boost. Nonetheless, I have an early 99 and don't have anything on the map sensor as of yet, and can get 24lbs pretty easy, other day pulling trailer it was sitting right at 27lbs pulling up hill.

i have an early 99 and i havent got my gauges installed yet they are in the mail and i dont have anything to ellimanate the map . how do i elliminated the map?

I've got an early '99 and I'm getting 19-20psi running empty with the wastegate adjusted down, just got my gauges installed last night so I haven't seen boost #'s with a load yet.

You can do either a pressure relief valve, or a regulator. The latter is probably better. adjust a regulator for 22lbs, then insert in inline with the map sensor, you'll want to put the T for the boost gauge before the regulator as to see what kind of boost you are actually making.
