My 23" wheels are destroying my paint

I just put a new set of 23" wheels on my truck. The problem is the wheel sticks out about two inches and they pick up every little pebble. The paint on my truck is getting messed up. The truck is getting custom painted in the middle of march but I don't know if I should change my rims " which I love" or buy some fender flares. I seen some flares on moss motors http://www.f150store.com/Shop/ViewPr...&PlateTypeID=1. They say they are two inches wide. I just don't know if they would protect my paint. Can anyone help?

Exclamation

Keep the wheels! Find someone in your area that does Paint Protection Film (PPF). We offer a complete kit from front end to rocker panels with computer cut kits made from 3M PPF. Withstands rock chips with zero damage to the paint. Find a XPEL dealer at xpel.com. Others offer comparable coverage. It's a bit pricey but worth it. Check out the gravelometer video at xpel. If you have any questions you can email me a cns.stx.rr.com

Weldman, thanx but I just ordered the: http://www.f150store.com/Shop/ViewPr...&PlateTypeID=1
My whole truck is getting painted on Apirl 1st and as soon as its done I will post pics.
The paint is going to be custom air brush so I have to get flares that are going to protect my paint. I was also thinking about adding runningboards. They may also help. If anyone has any ideas please help.
