Not the sharpest knife in the drawer.....

 

You would have thought that with all the folks around, they could have got that car off the track with a little "muscle" power.

 

That was AWESOME Ray! If I was one of his fellow officers I would have wrote him up a parking ticket. LoL!

That's what I was thinking. And the tow truck operator looked just as clueless. IMO, with a little motivation and effort that car should have been off the tracks within one minute of the tow truck arriving on the scene.

Kinda reminds me of that video a couple years back wherein about 10 guys in their late 20's stood around and watched while another guy with a pickup truck tried pulling a Geo Storm out of snowbank by attaching a chain to the Geo's integrated plastic bumper. Ripped that sucker right off...pieces were flying everywhere! Funny as heck.
