Yes, I do think Rangers are starting 2 be Collectable

Look!
They quit building the Ranger for North America in 2011. I see early small Rangers as the next Pony Truck! I love the look of older Rangers up until 92, after that they rounded them out.

Don't be shocked to see the Small Ranger as a Classic truck in the near future, they truly are a piece of American history, just like a Mustang!

Smaller Rangers P.U. is the new Pony Pick Up

Rangers & smaller Broncos are really catching on. These are great trucks, the 1991 & 92 Super-Cab 4X4 with the 4.0L would be my choice. They're out there, but it's getting harder to find sharp un-molested ones. Seems some of the youngsters are turning them into tractors.

Listen guy's I think the smaller Rangers & Bronco II will become collectable, just like the Orig Pony Bronco & Mustang.
I've got a 1991 XLT Super Cab in Bright Red. It's 4X4 with a Factory 4.0L Split bench seating at 180,000 miles. It looks showroom.

These Bronco's & Ranger are great off road and their smaller size make them perfect for todays driving. Frankly, here in Colorado, we don't see many really nice stock examples like we once did. Most have been butchered by some kid want to be. 1990 vehicles are now over 25 years old. I've seen a couple of 1980's and 1990's cars in shows.

1958/60 Rangers were Edsel models.

Ranger introduced in 1965 F100/250 2WD, came with bucket seats and carpeting, a console was optional. These are desirable, but are not considered rare.

Wish the resolution was better on this...

Wish I had one of these! I know where two old panel vans are hiding...it'd be cool to make one if I had the skills...

Let's not count anything against me here but, Wikipedia says the FX4 Level II's are the rarest of rangers. I looked one up a week or so ago and it was running $25,000 with around 100k miles on it. I'd say that's pretty rare

I've begun my Ranger collection....the one in my signature!!!! lol It has everything offered for that year/model except the block heater & cassette radio, neither of which I needed, nor wanted.
As far as the Dealer could determine at the time, only 2 exist east of the Mississippi, one in Western North Carolina & I special ordered the other. It's doing fine, has done everything I've ask of it & then some, still tight, no rattles, runs great towing my Bass Tracker 60 miles to the lake & back over & through the Blue Ridge mountains. In the shape its in, should last another 15-20 years, Then it may be a classic dinosaur, but to me its just what I wanted, needed & liked, so its in my active museum collection & likely gonna stay there!!!
