rusted brake bleeder on dana 60

i have a '77 highboy with a dana 60 rear. the brake bleeder on the drivers side is rusted tight and now damaged. i've already tried vice-grips, and then welding a nut to what was left, but just broke off again. i cant drill out the hole for the correct size easy-out extractor because the spring perch is in the way. if i pull the wheel, hub, and brakes off, can i unbolt the 4 bolts to the flange of the axle and take the whole thing off so i can get at it better. can the wheel cylinder unbolt from it without the bleeder, so i can use the torch to heat it, or am i goin gto have to just run the risk of cooking the seals. i really dont think its going to come out w/ out heat.

Just get a new wheel cylinder. There pretty cheap and easy to replace so in my opinion its not worth fighting the stripped bleeder
