Crew Cab short-box?
Hello everyone,
I was wondering if anybody has tried a cab and bed swap to make a short-box crew cab? I took some very rough measurements the other day, and it seems my 1985 long-box supercab is almost the same wheelbase as a 1998 f-250 HD of the aboved mentioned style, If that is the case, will a crew-cab bolt to an extended-cab frame?

Don't know for sure, but you will most likely have to add some cab mounts for the extra length of the crew cab. You might want to figure out the wheel base of the 98 truck you looked at, then you will know if the fenders will be located over the wheels like they should be.
