Looking for 48-50 Ignition sw/w keys

Key is broken off in my switch, and I need to replace it. Can't find any sites that have this specific unit, and O'Reilley's and Auto Zone is useless.

Any help would be appreciated.

Don't think I'll worry about the door lock...The old farmer that owned this truck before had his keys brazed to a pocket knife. Instead of pulling out a blade, you pulled out the key. Kinda ingenious, in an Okie kinda way.

Look on www.fordbarn.com and there's a guy from Southington, Conn. ( near me ) that has them for sale. Look on the early V8 side of the site. You may have to scroll down a little for his ads.

These can be expensive. Agai, try calling a locksmith. This is what they do for a living and they do it cheaply.

If the 51 switch is the same, you are welcome to the old one I took out of my truck. Someone else was looking for one awhile back and I sent them a picture, but they said it was the wrong one. I don't have a key though so you would have to get one made at a lock shop.

I took my switch to a local lock smith. It cost me about $30 bucks for a couple of keys to be made for it.
