multiple programmers
right now i have the hypertech power programmer III on my 4.6l 01 f150, was wondering if i could also use the diablo sport tuner at the same time since it has more features?

No, you can't use more than one tuner. It will just overwrite the tune in the vehicle. In the case of the Diablo, it actually modifies the tune it reads from the computer, so you're going to end up with air/fuel ratio and ignition timing problems if you attempt to install it over the Hypertech tuner.
