Greater St. Louis RV Show

For those that don't know, there is a pretty big RV show this weekend at America's center. As a lot of Ford truck owners use their vehicle for towing RVs and camping/outdoor recreation in general - I thought I would mention the show. I don't own an RV of any kind, but was downtown and noticed a lot of RVs being towed in by Ford trucks!

I might stop in if I have time - looks like a lot of cool stuff, even for the non-RV owner.

Enjoy!

Yikes - I hope I wasn't wrong. I heard the radio ad but didn't really pay attention to the exact date. I saw a bunch of large RVs downtown yesterday near the convention center which led me to believe it was this weekend. I'll check into it.

Just checked the web site (www.americascenter.org) and the RV and camping show starts today (1-12-06) and runs through this Sunday. Here is the link:

http://www.americascenter.org/eventD...p?EventID=8977

Looks like the auto show is 1-25-06 through 1-29-06 and the boat show is 2-7-06 through 2-12-06.

Oh, in case anyone was wondering, the wedding show is also going on this weekend so maybe some of you can kill two birds with one stone.

I plan on hitting the auto show. I go on Wednesday and take advantage of the coupon, also the crowd is pretty light that evening...

The auto show starts on Wednesday (always has as long as I've been going). Wednesday is generally the lowest turnout and gives the vendors some extra time to fine-tune their setup and polish their lines for when the big crowds get there.

Wednesday is also th senior citizen discount day. Additionally, there is a coupon available for something like $2 off the admission cost on Wednesday only. The coupon is available at local Schnuck's stores and maybe elsewhere too - I'm not sure where else though.

Good luck.

That will work. Wish I didn't have to work so I could go. Still might try and go on Saturday afternoon, but it's going to be a long week at work.
