My dad has a 2000 ford f350, His window switches and lock switches are not working. What I can figure is that it is not the switches themselves because you can hold the button down and the window will roll down about 3 inches and then stop. The door dinger will stop and the dome light will turn off. The only way to get it to roll up is to turn the key off then back on and it will move the window slowly. You can hear the relays click really fast but it seems like they overload and quit. Could it be a bad breaker? I think there is one under the hood.
