I recently found a Mercury 64 Ecoline. First I ever heard or seen of this animal. Anyway, this seems like an awesome find to me (although she is rusty) so i am trying to research a bit. Any connections or advise would be appreciated.
I see you hale from Arizona. Man you found a truck a long way from it's home. The Mercury Econolines were a Canadian model. So you have a find that has done some traveling.
I have 3 trucks, but none are mercury's. I do have a van though that is a mercury.
This site here is one place to help you with any information on that truck. There are other sites on the web, but not as well done as this site. There use to be one called fordeconoline.com but it seems to gone the way side.
Do you have the truck or any pics that you can put on your profile here?
a side shot from the traderonline. I think i am going to skip the merc and go for a 61 ford that is in much better shape. The front of the merc has lottsa plastic, not sure how much or if its rusting underneath. i dont mind projects, just have too many right now to take that on. Anything, i should check out specifically on these models? Thanks for responding.
