Looking to get a chip
I looking into getting a chip for my 95 psd. Can someone recommend were to get it from. I would like to get a 4 or 6 pos chip with a high idle and other power settings. My truck has, napa 6637 intake, 3" dp 4" exhaust, no cat gauges, and sonnex mod. Would a 100 hp or more setting be a waste of a setting or to much power for my tranny w/ 135K on it. Thanks for the help

Give Tony Wildman a call. He can give you as many positions as you want. Mine is 3 positions, high idle, tow/economy, and extreme. Anybody saying that you get much over 65-75 hp out of a setting is blowing smoke at ya. 75hp is max for stock injectors. Thats all the feul they can flow! Let me know and I can PM you his phone #. I would think unless your tranny is on its way out, you'll be ok. Ask Tony, he can help alot!

i got a 4 pos TS chip ...
couldnt be happier.
until i decided i am getting bigger injectors.
not that it wont work but i just want custom if i am gonna have big fuel.
so if you plan to go that route in the future you may wanna get a custom burnt chip. if not a TS works very well also.
