finally got the ***** to do the 4.30s and now ford has them on back order

i know they have a set in stock. but im haveing ford do the work because they will warranty it for 12 months or 12000 miles.

 

how can you tell the differance a sterling and a dana 70 i realy want 4: 30 s too thx jefro

 

not sure maybe the id tag on diff or your code inside drivers door will tell you good luck

 

Since yours is a 4x4, it's easy to tell if you've got a Dana or Sterling (you've got a sterling, though). If it's a DANA, the rear differential cover will have the exact same shape as your front differential cover....just a little bigger/deeper.
