Kemicalburns You Win!

Well Kemicalburns as you might remember a few months ago in my efi to carb post in engine swaps, i was dead set on going back to carb with that newly aquired 302 i got with my parts truck, despite you trying to convince me to stay efi. well after a lot of debating and post reading i decided you were right (and it would cost me just as much if not more to change over, than to just beef up my sd system). well ive got the Ford Racing truck mass air conversion on the way, and im looking at getting the edelbrock efi upper and lower as well for my 5.0L.

I do have one question....i saw on fordfuelinjection.com the egr eliminator that i was thinking about getting....what other sensors can i eliminate? (smog pump has already been removed, and im in a non emissions state) i was wondering if i can eliminate the TAB and TAD sensors since my smog pump is gone, or will that freak out the new computer im getting?

thank you for the guidance

Glad to hear youve crossed back over hehe.

there are a few guys using that egr eliminator and say good things about it. i believe once you use it that you can remove the TAB/TAD stuff along with the rest of the smog equipment. there are plugs you can get to put on the rear of the heads as well to eliminate those tubes. you might also ask around the other bronco Forum on the web.
