Wink 'ello fellow Texans

I joined a while back, just now noticed there was a Texas forum. Shows you how much attention I pay, eh?

I live NE of Dallas near Garland, Texas. Drive a '94 Ranger XLT with the 4.0L and a 5 speed stick. Ice blue.

Nice to find some others who live around here. Anybody got suggestions for good shops or boneyards North, Northeast, or East of Dallas?

Thanks guys, see ya'll around.
Zach

Welcome to the forum! Watch out for the "ICE", up there. It is cold here at Canyon Lake, but as of yet no ice. Welcome, again!

Yeah it got pretty nasty around here. School started late today, we were one of only 3 districts that had to go today. I was mad.

200 lbs of sand in the bed kept my rubber firmly on the asphalt though!

Yeah, had some icy country roads by my house. Made the drive to school a little more tense, although as it ends up my truck never even got squirrelly and I never felt the need to kick it into 4 wheels.

I talked to a guy who drove a full sized Dodge and used 4WD the whole way to get there.

It hit almost 60 today outside lol. Quite the rebound.

Mr. RangerPilot,
I got the skinny from a local ford parts man about a good bone yard ..."Your Ford Auto Parts", 4001 E. Jefferson, Grand Prarrie, 1(972)263-1981. I'm going to check it out this spring. Need a tailgate ... Someone lifted mine!
