I had an 02 Silverado before this truck that was an extended cab (huge amount of room inside), and I can count on one finger how many times the rear seat was used as a seating area. 99.9% of the time that rear seat was used by my golf clubs...After 2 trannys in the Chebby I decided to go back to Ford for my next truck, and really looked at supercabs mostly (it was what I was used to). One dealership was out of supercabs so I checked out the reg cab for giggles...I was sold. The clubs can still be put behind the seat with plenty of room, and I got to knock $3K or so off the sticker! My truck is for the most part driven to jobsites (work), and to take whenever the wife is off somewhere in her car (and only sometimes - I have a toy to drive that only sees nice weather...we have 3 vehicles). I'm sure when I'm ready for another truck I'll make the same choice - love it.
