Started once now it wont start

so had to go through and replace the timing cover gasket. pulled the radiator and had it clean while it was out. had the battery un hooked as well. put everything back in and had to replace the throttle cable.

well when i gave it the test start after that started up fine idled high but it was also 46 degrees outside. then i killed it to check every thing was secure no oil leaks the normal. wouldnt start after that.

just to update you on the history rplace the whole fuel line, from intank pumps to inline pump. as well as the following parts:

cap and rotor
fuel filter
plug wires
ignition PIP
ignition module
alternator
starter
a whole mess of fuses
(i also double checked them.)

2 intank fuel pumps and the high pressure pump under the body
spark plugs
coil

i replaced these cause they were MIA when i got the truck, it been under 7 months

i do get spark

i had a nasty oil leak and it got everything covered in oil so i was planning on taking it to the superwash and spraying the inside with some degreaser

im out of ideas offer some advice if you can
it alos ran before i did the Timing Cover Gasket

Thanks
