Well I call tire kingdom and they said its a 225 75 15 tire. But I want a "c" load range tire for my truck and they only carry it in a 235 75 15 would the larger size screw up anything? Would it be harder on my truck or is it too little a difference to do any harm?

That should work fine, it's only 1.9 inches in diamater over the stock one . The differance at 55mph would be 3.9 mph faster. you may need to change the speedo gear to one with 1 less tooth to get the speedo back to correct speed. but it would depend on how it's reading now.
