Most common failure is vacuum leak at the hubs, either the hose is split or the hubs themselves have lost thier seal. Best fix is to dump the factory hubs and get a set of Warn's in there and cap off the vacuum line.

yep, i agree. i have the warn Premium hubs, and i just tackled the easy job of capping the vaccuum lines today. the hardest part was taking the front tires off. PM me or yell if you want some pics.
