AWD Noise Question
I just bought a 2000 Expedition EB with 106K on it. I've never owned one before, but the tranny seems to make a clicking noise when you accel. My friend who has owned 3 expeditions, said that this is the AWD kicking in. The clicking noise stops when you give it more gas and also stops when you give it less gas. There seems to be a certain point when the AWD is half way between kicking in when it makes the noise. Is this common with others who have ADW?
