I found it but I wasn't looking for it

I was talking to a gentleman about doing some digitizing work and some mold work for me, and I found that I can get the windshild wipper **** reproduced exactly like oem, I dont want to buy and sell all of these I just want a few so if some people want to get together and have some made and sell them give them away to the people on this web site or whatever send me a email and I will give you the details about it. I hope its ok to post this here.

IMO,I doubt even making 50 of them would make it cost effective.

There are still so many out there in wrecking yards just waiting to get scooped up

y, my junkyard gives them away if you buy anything or if they know you have or will be a customer.... otherwise they MIGHT ask $1 for a pair of *****. I just looked at about 50 trucks and Broncos looking for a tach - not many tashs but almost everyone had *****!

Hate to be a party pooper, but would feel worse to see you spending $$ on that!

I found a couple tachs and might buy them both for 10 or 15 each... I have an 83 302 and an 85 300. They have been fun to fix up to running condition and parts are really cheap, but I'm thinking of starting to move into the 92-96s as they are starting to show up as cheap truck. I'd like to have EFI and better yet find 96s to get OBCII ( or did they start earlier than 96?)

Getting back to the *****.... get your molder to give you the best price he can for your quantity and let me know. I bet I can supply them at 1/2 the cost ( and then someone will under bid me!)

Sorry... I s'pose I'm sounding like an @$$, but those trucks are plentiful in different areas of the country - around here it's not a "classic" yet (maybe never) so even really nice ones are reasonably cheap. The rest are junkers that no one wants to spend money on. I couldn't imagine you could round up 50 people willing to give $5 a ****. So I can't figure out how a reputible molder who is doing any business at all would want to mess with it.

It's a nice thought and good to help the rest of us, but I just don't want you to end up with a basement full of 10,000 ***** at a 38 cents a piece because they were so cheap.
