The painless setup is good but has two main drawbacks:
1. the ends of the wires don't have the Ford factory fittings, so you'll have to connect each wire to the old end. look at the fittings for turn signals, headlamps, backup switch... I think you'll find the painless doesn't include them.
2. cost, painless is not that proper name for the price but I've heard they are great quality.
