Horn Relay 94 E150

I have a 94 E150 conversion van with a 4.9. My horn quit working and so did my cruise control. Do they share a relay and if so, where the heck is it? I lost my owners manual and most wiring diagrams show it in the drivers side engine compartment. They show a pair of relays and it being the forward one. I removed it but the defroster fan quit working so I am assuming that is not the correct relay. Help!!

They share something in common in the steering column called a "clockspring". This is a very common problem. This is the gizmo that lets the electrical signals go to the steering wheel, and still let's the steering wheel move. You have to take the steering wheel off, and replace this.

Thanks Dave. I have an air bag so I am pretty sure it is going to be a SOB.
