I swear I saw a post about this but my searches here and in the big block forum turned up nothing.
I have a 78 F150/460 4x4. Last night I pulled the PCV valve out so I could get a funnel into the tranny tube, and the valve seemed to have foam on it. I had just run the engine for about 10 minutes.
So, in general, what causes foam in the valve covers?
