73-79 Vacuum to Hydraulic Brake Booster conversion

I was wondering if anyone has seen this done? I have been told that you can pull the stock Hydraulic Brake Booster system out of a 73-79 Ford F450 and bigger truck and swap them into a F150-F350 truck. It requires some extra hydraulic lines and such. Brake power would increase and you don’t need a vacuum line…

Specifically Not quite true

The F150-350 is already a hydraulic system.

You can gain extra braking in your 150/250 by installing the brake booster & M/C from an F350.

I suspect installing (if possible) the F450 system into a F350 would help it more.

www.hydratechbraking.com makes a retro fit hydraulic brake booster for 67-77 F-seriers trucks. Their website does not show it but they do make a kit for our trucks.
