Enough Power for lift?

I have a 98 Ranger Xlt Stepside with a 2.5L automatic. Its 2wd but i want to lift it to get that look. I want to put a combination of a lift kit and body lift to make it around a 6 in lift. I would probably put 31 or 33in tires on it. I want to know if my truck has enough power to pull these add on's especially with the bigger tires. Thanks, Ryan

I have a 94 2.3 ranger that i put a 6 inch skyjacker system on it, and i put 33x1250 on that back and 33x1050 on the front for steering issues, but i put 4.56 gears in the rear, which really helped even just with my old 30x950, the truck runs ok, hard to go more than 70 though, but have had it past the 85 mph mark
