Hello Everyone in Beautiful Arizona. I had just recently purchased a 428 cobra jet motor. Oh ya! I am looking for a reliable machine shop in Northern Phoenix. Does anyone please have any suggestions. I had someone tell me that Mach Development on Indian School Road would be a good one. Any Suggestions would be very appreciated.

also sunnyslope auto repair and machine shop. they built my 400 2 years ago never had a problem yet. Don Woodward is the owner and he's an old school drag racer from 60s-70s. specializes in fords. they are at 8829 N Central ave 1 block south of Dunlap on the east side of Central. 602-943-0591 he won't try to sell you crap you don't need.

I had an 82 Supercab he built a motor for. It was a 351W, Lunati cam, Edelbrock Performer, Holley 4160, Hooker Headers, double roller timimg set, balanced, etc. It passed everything but a gas station and had torque up the wazoo.

 

Both are good places.I had zimmermans build my 300 for me.

 

There is a custom shop in Scottsdale off of Frank Loyd Wright that is customizing fords and has NEW cobra mockups on the floor at all times. I cant remember the name but the machine shop that does all of their SVO rear end covers are done by TA Performance right down the street. Yeah this sounds like a detective story but Im sure you would know the cobra community and find this shop. Troy
