clunk under my feet
#16
Mine makes the same noise, I replaced the bushing today, and it's almost gone. It still does it making a right turn into an inclined driveway.
While I was replacing the bushings, I can see what is actually making the noise on mine. It's the sway bar connector lower bolt getting hung up on the spring. The spring has some marks on it, and the bolt head is starting to round off.
Replacing the bushings made a 90% improvement. On my truck, the passenger side sway bar connector is closer to the spring than the drivers side. Probably explains why I always here the noise on the passenger side. I have a Fabtech leveling kit which is just 3.5" front hangers. The kit did not include a track bar bracket, so I think the whole axle is pulled over making the sway bar link hit.
I posted on this quite a while ago and the noise went away for a while whent I replaced the sway bar links, but came back.
I guess I'll be buying either a dropped track bar bracket or an adjustable track bar. Probably the bracket. I thought about bending the sway bar links a tad to move it towards the drivers side, but I want a real fix.

etcetera - I have the Fabtech leveling kit too and even though they say it does not need a drop pitman arm and drop track bar bracket it needs both to eliminate bump steer. I used a SuperLift 4-inch drop pitman arm and drop bracket as Fabtech did not have either. You will also want an adjustable track bar to help center your axle. I also extended my sway bar end links to help eliminate the binding I was getting with it.
While I was at it I replaced my sway bar bushings with Energy Suspensions as I was getting a clunking too. I still have a little bit left in the truck and have tracked it down to the spring isolators as mine are shot.

Update:
Installed track bracket and pitman today. Big improvement in how it rides and handles. Still have a clunk sometimes. I'm sure I need to extend the sway bar links, they are definetely still hiting the springs. I think i'll cut them and weld some steel tubing over the shaft to extend. I've got some tubing that's almost a press fit.

I have the same problem, and went to the Energy Suspension, web site, man is this site horrible. I found a 32 MM part number 4.5186 complete front sway bar bushing set. But there isn't any way I can purchase it from enegy suspension, trying to find the cart section is also a nightmare, I also need shock eye bushings but couldn't find then at their site. can anyone give me a telephone number so I can talk to a person on this issue. I buy lots of things on the internet, but this is the worst site to buy anything! but good products, maybe the webmaster is a 14 year old with pimples, and they don't have to pay much to the developer, in return for products!

Energy Suspension's phone number is (949) 361-3935
The correct part number is 4.5186 G. These are the black ones that have graphite in the formula for sqeak free operation.
I purchased my Energy Suspension componets from the neighborhood NAPA Auto. They have will have to order them but have access to the complete line.
Edit: Look! Something's giving me GIANT text!
