Any cheep ways to increase suspension travel on a 80 F250 4x4?

well cheap is relative! the more travel you want the more you'll pay. softer springs with dropped mounts always does a nice job! go to a solid axle front (D44HD or D60HP) do a shackle reversal, put some F250 stock springs in with the bottom leaf (not the overload) pulled and a heavy duty shackle/hanger in the back

Unles you switch to a solid front axle the easiest way to get more travel up front would be to modify it for coild springs, would be a lot of work (not even entirely sure how you would go about doing it either), but for the ttbs it'd be the best way and leaf springs don't really like the arch that ttb's travel in.
