Pictures in Gallery

I finally made a gallery and posted some pictures of my truck. I have a long way to go, but I am getting there.

Don -

That will be one very fine ride! I like the way you are proceeding, that you have done all of it yourself and the theme. I also like the way you have organized your gallery albums. They are logical bite-sized and show a nice progression of the project.

The engine is way cool. Very sharp.

What are the mirrors? Where did you get them?

You also started with a very nice truck, considering some 50's I've seen. My guess is it will be yellow.

Keep up the good work!

Looks like you had a good start and are moving along nicely. I am one of the very few here that will say, nice tpi set-up (I also have a Chevy motor). Keep up the good work!

Great job on all phases of your rod project.I really like how you put wiring and computer behind the seat.I am also going to run the TPI unit.Do you have fuel pump in the tank or a frame mounted? If frame mounted what kind?

Answers to questions

Thanks for the kind words about my truck.
The mirrors are from an Isuzu pickup. I think they are the same as some other truck, but I don't know which one. They fit the contour of the door perfectly.
The fuel pump is on the frame. You can see it in one of the pictures of the gas tank. It is a pump that I got at Carquest. The tank has a box built into it to prevent starvation when turning or quick stops.

Don,
Great truck and great work! Thanks for sharing the pics.

I think fuel injection is the way to go. Nice job
