when i purchased this project truck, inside the glove box was a warranty identification card. the numbers read as follows.

X143 M 16A G A

I would appreciate if anyone can tell me what it means, thanks.

AJ5939 =Consecutive build code = Built October 1977


C = ? Could be Vinyl Bucket Seats

SV = Body colour > yours is two tone
S = Bright Dark Blue Metallic
V = Medium Silver Metallic

73 = DSO code = Salt Lake City

X143 = Pickup code

M Body code = Super Cab Styleside Box

16 = Axle = 3.50 Open
A = Adjustable steering column & power steering

G = Trans = C6

A = ?

This is the best I can do.
Warranty cards are difficult to decipher.
I would suggest the ones with a ? are options.
Maybe A/C or something else that is special
