Own a 96 F-truck of E-Van? Read me!

I need a medium sized favor from some of you who own a 1996 302, 351, or 460 powered Pickup or Van. Man or auto doesn't matter.

If you could look at the firewall right where the connector of the EEC sticks out of the firewall, and look for the following right by the bar code:

ML1-441 or ML1-442

If you have either of those two numbers right by the barcode, if you could kindly give me the ford part number and the code revision (the three or four digit alphanumeric code on the other side of the bar code), and the GVWR number on your door, I'd be most appreciative.

I'm putting together a chart, as I've found some discrepencies in my reference book.

BTW, you shouldn't have to take off the EEC connector, though you might have to run your finger down the side to clear off the dust.

THANK YOU THANK YOU!

post, email or PM is fine!

Regards,
Frederic

computer part number

It just so happens that I have an extra computer lying around. It is a ML1-441. Part # located below the barcode itself is F6TF-12A650-ASB. The computer code itself(?) [found in larger characters above the barcode] is "TIN1". This unit came out of 96 Bronco with 302 & E4OD.

I hope this helps! If you need more, please repost.

That's fantastic information, thank you.

See, I'm trying to acquire the ML1-441 or 442, however have been striking out because junkyards, dealers, used parts places, and people on car-parts.com don't understand the ML1-441/2 designation, they only understand the ford part numbers. So I figured while I inquire for such part numbers, might as well collect more than I need, make a web page, and help others who want to attempt what I'm doing with EFI.

Thank you very much!
