You have to have something to weld on. You might persuade someone to try, don't expect any type of warranty. Most would pass just because it may leak-big liability.

If it is a crack then it usually can be welded. Holes are almost always caused by rust and no shop will touch it. Replacement is the only option when holes appear.

Thats what I was afraid of. Can someone show me a link to the exact pair of headers that I need? I've searched at summit but there are a few different ones. I want to make sure I get the right ones the first time.

77' f-150 4x4 with 460
