Part swapimg for 78 broncoand 72 F-100

I was wandering what parts if any are interchangable between these 2 vehicles. I want to swap int the front axle due to the disc brake but will also need to use the master cylinder and brake booster. Also wanted to know if the radius arms are the same length and if the coils springs are the same. Also if the track bar mounting location is compatible between the 2 as this seems to be the only obvious differenc between these 2 trucks. I have ben looking for parts for my F-100 but only have found what I am looking for availible for Broncos.
Any Help would be nice

well the disc brake upgrade is almost not worth your time they both stop the same. if you have manual brakes now just install a power brake setup for great stopping power.

does your f100 not have front disks?

disks will stop better then drums period especialy when wet. you should be able to reuse your radius arms on the 78 front end just fine. only real way to know is measure

I already have power brakes but I'm looking into buying a &* bronco as a parts truck for the front axle and a few other things. My main concern is the geometery of the whole thing. That and I was going to get a set of extened radius arms but have only found them for Broncos. Anyone know anything about the track bar location of the 2 trucks. Also interested if the brake booster and master cylinder are interchangable. Last question ..... I currently have a home fabricated track bar but that throws off the angle it should be at. Do ineed a track bar drop bracket and a track bar riser for 6 inches of lift.
